Warm Ivory currently delivers orders within the Republic of South Africa only.
We currently offer two standard delivery methods, depending on the value of your order:
Orders below R1,500:
Free delivery to an available PUDO locker reasonably close to the delivery address supplied with your order.
Orders of R1,500 or more:
Free door-to-door courier delivery through The Courier Guy or another reputable courier appointed by Warm Ivory where reasonably necessary.
The applicable delivery method is determined using the final order value after discounts, promotional codes, credits or other reductions have been applied.
Warm Ivory does not currently offer international shipping.
Warm Ivory currently offers free standard delivery on qualifying orders within South Africa.
Orders with a final value below R1,500 will be delivered free of charge to a PUDO locker reasonably close to the delivery address supplied by the customer.
Orders with a final value of R1,500 or more qualify for free door-to-door courier delivery.
No additional standard delivery charge will be added where the order qualifies under these rules.
Warm Ivory may introduce additional premium or expedited delivery options in future. Any additional charge for such an option will be clearly disclosed before checkout.
Orders are generally expected to be delivered within:
3 to 7 business days from the date the order is successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and South African public holidays.
The 3 to 7 business-day delivery period is an estimated timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery may occasionally take longer because of circumstances outside Warm Ivory's reasonable control, including:
If we become aware of a material delay affecting an order, we will take reasonable steps to notify the customer.
Nothing in this Policy limits any statutory delivery right available under South African law.
For orders below R1,500, Warm Ivory will use the delivery address supplied by the customer to identify an available PUDO locker reasonably close to that address.
Where the closest locker:
Warm Ivory may use the next reasonably closest available PUDO locker.
Customers will receive the applicable collection information once the parcel has reached the destination locker.
Warm Ivory cannot guarantee that a particular PUDO locker will remain available between the time an order is placed and the time it is dispatched.
Once a parcel arrives at the designated PUDO locker, the customer will generally receive a collection notification containing the applicable collection instructions or secure access details.
The customer is responsible for collecting the parcel within the collection period specified by PUDO.
Customers must keep PINs, OTPs, QR codes and other collection credentials secure.
If a customer fails to collect the parcel within the required collection period and the parcel is returned, redirected or removed from the locker, Warm Ivory may require payment of the reasonable additional courier or redelivery costs before arranging another delivery, where permitted by law.
Free shipping applies to the original qualifying delivery only.
Orders with a final value of R1,500 or more will generally be delivered directly to the physical delivery address supplied by the customer.
Door-to-door deliveries will normally be handled by The Courier Guy or another reputable courier appointed by Warm Ivory where reasonably necessary.
Customers must provide:
Door-to-door delivery cannot ordinarily be made to a P.O. Box.
For door-to-door deliveries, the customer must ensure that the customer or another authorised person is reasonably available to receive the parcel at the supplied delivery address.
Delivery may be made to another person apparently authorised to receive parcels at that address, including where appropriate:
Where a customer has particular delivery restrictions, these should be communicated when placing the order or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter.
Warm Ivory cannot guarantee that a courier will comply with special delivery instructions unless those instructions have been accepted by the courier.
If delivery cannot be completed because:
the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to Warm Ivory.
Where additional delivery charges arise because of circumstances caused by the customer, Warm Ivory may require the reasonable additional courier cost to be paid before redelivery, to the extent permitted by law.
This does not apply where the failed delivery resulted from an error by Warm Ivory or the courier.
The delivery method is determined by the final value of the order at the time the transaction is completed.
For example:
Where an order is partially cancelled or amended before dispatch and the resulting order value moves below R1,500, Warm Ivory may change the delivery method to PUDO locker delivery.
Where additional products are added before dispatch and the final qualifying order value reaches R1,500 or more, Warm Ivory may upgrade the order to door-to-door delivery where operationally possible.
Customers are responsible for supplying complete and accurate delivery and contact information.
Please check all details carefully before completing an order.
If you notice an error, contact Warm Ivory as soon as possible at:

Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
For PUDO orders, delivery will generally be regarded as having occurred when:
For door-to-door courier orders, delivery will generally be regarded as having occurred when the parcel has been handed over at the delivery address to the customer or another person reasonably appearing to be authorised to receive it.
Nothing in this clause removes any statutory remedy where the delivery record is incorrect or the goods were not in fact properly delivered.
If a parcel does not arrive within a reasonable period, customers should contact Warm Ivory so that we can investigate the shipment.
Where Warm Ivory arranged the courier, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the matter directly with the applicable courier.
A customer will not automatically be required to bear the loss of a parcel that disappears while still within Warm Ivory's delivery chain.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost before lawful delivery has taken place, Warm Ivory will provide the remedy required by applicable South African law, which may include replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and stock availability.
Customers should inspect parcels as soon as reasonably possible after collection or delivery.
If a parcel or product appears damaged, please contact:
